Who is eligible for Law Relating to Human Rights in India: -
The Law relating to human rights is available for all being human, without any discrimination. In the light of aforesaid, the human rights, & its Enforcement system also are for all beyond all kinds of partialities in India. Fundamental Rights as Human Rights have been mentioned under Article 12 to 35, Part III of Constitution of India which have also been provided to Non-citizen of India as well as Citizen of India are as under: Fundamental Rights as Human Rights are available for Non-citizen of India as follows: Under Articles: 15,16,19,29,30 of Constitution of India. The Fundamental Rights as Human Rights are available for Citizen of India as follows: Under Articles: 14, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 of Constitution of India; on the ground of above, it can be concluded that as well as citizen of India and also Non-citizen of India can make enforce their Fundamental Rights as Human Rights in India.
