The Power(s) or Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India
for the issuance of appropriate Writ (s) or Direction (s) or Order (s):- With
respect to this, the Supreme Court of India has power & jurisdictionfor the
issuance of appropriate Writ (s) or Direction (s) or Order (s) to enforce or
implement any of the rights as placed under part 03 articles 12 to 35. There
are five kinds of writ (s) which have been incorporated under this article 32
(2) as- ‘Habeas Corpus’, ‘Mandamus’, ‘Prohibition’, ‘Quo Warranto’ &
‘Certiorari.’ In this regard, all the aforesaid may be issued which ever
appropriate.[1]
