Special Law (s) relating to any Socially & Educationally Backward Classes of Citizens or Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes

Special Law (s) relating to any Socially & Educationally Backward Classes of Citizens or Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes : - Article 15 (4) has been added by the first Constitution amendment act 1951 which reveals that the state is having power to make the special laws for the advancement of any Socially & Educationally Backward Classes of Citizens or Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes which shall also be covered under the principle of Protective discrimination. No prevention for the state shall be for the hereinbefore mentioned purposes by article 15 or also 29 (2) of the Constitution of India.
